I am incredibly excited to have collaborated with Anne-Lise Maigaard for one of this years advent yarn sets.  Anne-Lise has designed the Yukon Tapestry shawl using a set of Pook gradient mini-skeins alongside a black contrast yarn.

The Yarn.....

This Pook Advent set contains 24 mini-skeins.  

 

Each mini-skein is 20g / 80m of a luxury blend of 50% Superwash Merino and 50% Pure Silk.

 

This fingering weight yarn is perfect for a shawl with great stitch definition and a wonderful drape.

 

Each mini-skein will be individually gift wrapped and numbered to create a fantastic yarn advent calendar.

Colour Inspiration - A Year in Yukon

You can pick from four seasonally inspired gradients.  Anne-Lise used the 'Summer Sunset' gradient.  It is also possible to order either a straight gradient or a mirror gradient.

Each set of mini-skeins that I dye will be slightly different, the gradient that I create for you will be unique.

  • The standard sized Yukon Tapestry Shawl pattern requires an additional 5 x 100g (2,000m) fingering weight skeins of contrast yarn.

  • The contrast yarn is NOT included in the Pook Yarn Advent.
